“The apex of human existence is in college.” I remember telling my dad this when I was like a sophomore- 3rd-year-sophomore. I must have just learned the word, “apex.” I loved school though. Not class, really. I loved the mix, the atmosphere, the way your day could change depending on who you ran into on the way to soccer or the dorm.

That’s why we created the Daily Crushers College. Go back to school and have the mix again. Only this time, without being broke and quite the inverse-to make and help others make a lot of money. Plus without the hangover. Here is a link to Crushers college. I will give it to you cause I am pretty sure that because you are here, you are on the cool side of life. I welcome you here to join the party or support those at the party. Like a good, house party, please invite your friends who are fun to be around and have good character. We are here to have a good time and make a grip of dough and change lives but we don’t want the furniture trashed or anybody to puke on the carpet. You dig? ….Welcome to the Daily Crusher’s College!

Stay in School. Life is better there.

If you want to make some dough promoting the college or the amazing products that are coming out, go here to check in.
Tweet this too, it helps everybody.

Soccer Fitness For the Over-30 Crowd

Posted by P-Mac On July - 26 - 201014 COMMENTS

Your body can handle more than you think it can. Three soccer games in a day? What, even four? Well, 25 minute halves help a bit but 100 degree weather does not. Two teams: Bootie Pop and No Talent Clowns dominated the fields on Saturday the 24th of July in Truckee, CA. Despite the unusual names, their shots hit their targets during the annual adult soccer tournament. Bootie Pop won all three games. No Talent Clowns came up with Three wins and a tie. Here are huge tips to remember for an all-day soccer event:

1. Don’t drink heavily the night before. Oops! well lets think of four new tips.

2. Don’t drink beer during or between games. Oops! well lets continue to brainstorm… You will get quality tips after the video.

3. Hydration be prepared with a minimum of a gallon of water to kill throughout the day and pre-hydration in the morning.

4.Electrolytes. Water is not enough.  Grapes, Bananas, Gatorade, Oranges. Your body loses more than water. Put it back or your legs will stop moving.

5. Don’t have a big lunch. It will kill the rest of your day and you will feel sluggish. Eat carbs and protein continually through the day with a moderate lunch and your energy level will sustain.

6. Let the ball do the work. If you just try and make runs all day and forget the give-and-go passing, you will burn out. You have to play smart and pass off. If you forget this, you will loose steam and lag later in the day.

7. Your body can handle more than you think it can. Push it but be prepared with hydration and nutrition.

8. Pass this on.  Tweet and share on Facebook and join us next year. Awesome times!

Champions are made on the pitch. Bootie Pop!

The Goal Kick Soccer Shop in Sacramento is where we went to get the advice from the pros on who will win and why the officials have sucked so bad and how it is a forgone conclusion that technology will be in the goal here soon.
