Hand Cycle Champ, Dominic Cooke

Posted by P-Mac On March - 31 - 2011ADD COMMENTS

The Redlands Bicycle Classic Bike Race demands muscle recovery and endurance. Sport Legs and L-Glutamine are on hand cycling champ, Dominic Cooke’s menu for getting on the podium and representing Try For Others Foundation. The legend, Bob Metz, has inspired many. His pond-skimming techniques have earned him titles, skis and mountains of shwag at Mt. Cranmore. These techniques can help YOU win too.

Here is Bob Metz’s 2011 Championship run. (you really only need to see the last 5 seconds of the video unless you want to hear the raging fans and his proud family commentary. It is awesome)

Tweet and share the heck out of this please.

Plus, Leave a comment. What are YOUR ideas for good recovery and endurance?

Soccer Player!

Posted by P-Mac On March - 26 - 20111 COMMENT

Soccer Players! Do you know what futsal is? I didn’t know either. It is mini-soccer, basically. It is indoor-soccer but like on a basketball court-sized field, where the ball can go out-of-bounds.
Bruce Backman- the Del Campo High School(Sacramento/Carmichael, CA) Girls soccer coach, is putting on a tournament. It is April 1,2 and 3rd at Del Campo High School.
If you have a Under-10 through Under-19 boys or girls team and you can make it. You are IN!
Cost is $150 per team. Just call it “mini-soccer,” would ya?! It will eliminate the question that everybody, including myself, ask Coach Bruce Backman.- “What the heck is futsal?”

By the way, I played Calcetto in Italy. “Calcetto” just means, “mini-soccer” in Italian. no confusion.

What an amazing competition! The best conditions on the planet and some of the best skiers in the world. What a combination. Here you will get a glimpse of how to pick your line and also the judges who will be looking at what you pick. Eva Walkner, Erik Sunnerheim, and Torgrim Vole throw down for you. This was the day before tragedy struck and Ryan Hawks went down and will now be remembered in our hearts.

Thanks for being here and connecting yourself.

Welcome to "The Garage." You could get the hook up here, on next-year's goggles or cool, new schwag. It could be where you can get tickets to a match or a free lift ticket. It will be in a video email and I won't share your info with anybody.
Qualify down here.
