Soccer Skiing Training

Posted by P-Mac On September - 20 - 2011ADD COMMENTS

How to you break through to your next level in your game? Here is the secret. Get ready…. All you have to do is…. practice and train. Sorry if you were expecting a new tip or trick. Well here is an unorthodox way in this video how to switch it up and make it fun and not boring. If you prepare and practice and train, you may have a moment of clarity that enables you to execute well. I scored the two best goals of my year in one game immediately after I did this. Well, 2 days after I recovered from this. I am doing it again tomorrow.
Here it is. Enjoy.

After you prepare, you may have a moment of clarity before shooting.

This oatmeal recipe saves me everyday- almost. You are not lucky enough to be married to my wife but I can let you be lucky enough to have her baked oatmeal recipe. You can put this in your pocket and ski all day and you can have some of this 2 hours before your game and score at least two goals. Enjoy.

4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar (or Splenda)
2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups quick oats or 3 cups regular oats
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup blueberries
brown sugar (or agave nectar)
milk

Directions:

1
Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce and milk.
2
In separate bowl mix oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine with wet mixture and add blueberries. May add more cinnamon to taste.
3
Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. May be placed in refrigerator overnight. (If so, allow 5 to 8 minutes additional baking.).
4
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
5
Cut into squares. Top with brown sugar and milk when served.

This breakfast can save your life in short and long terms.

Brandi Chastain’s New Rules for Pro Soccer Series 4

Posted by P-Mac On September - 1 - 20112 COMMENTS

Brandi Chastain drops to killer advice for FIFA and UEFA people to chew on. Rule changes don’t come easy but when they involve goals and seeing if the ball crosses the line, there are millions of Euros hanging in the ballance. Here is what she says about the instant replay in soccer and changing the distance a defender needs to be from the ball on a free kick. Special thanks to Keith Thomas, AKA Mr. Truckee, for some “brass-tacks” soccer questions!

Share this with your team, your coach, your congressman and certainly all your followers on twitter and friends on facebook. We really appreciate you being here and you sharing and being super-cool!

Rockin out with Brandi Chastain

Glad I had on my lucky shirt for quality programming.
