    I’m using this and lovin’ it! I do Yoga twice
    a week and strength training twice a week.
    The unit calls me by name and I dig the music.

    But the coolest thing is that I never get
    bored with it because every one of my workouts
    is unique.

    I’ve also struggled with accountability and
    knowing what exercises to do. Not any more!

    Solid content Pat, fitness is the key to better health. I want to start getting into more of a MMA style of working out meaning that I only work out using my own body weight like extreme cardio with pushups, pullups and all kinds of other stuff like that.
