Killer Core Exercise Ala Laird Hamilton


Laird Hamilton is one of the best athletes of our time and a true pioneer of surfing. He taught me a great core exercise that is crucial to do in all sports- soccer and skiing or foos-ball, You need this exercise. Plus, there is a bonus, free exercise thrown in at the end pioneered by my buddy Mark McDonald that will take you to the next level.

  4. I tried that once. That was enough. I like my soft core workout. Pilates, yoga and dancing around the livingroom.

    I’ll leave the hard core to you athletes.

    Well, the two exercises should be done with a long rest period between them. With moderation. Do NOT do too many crunches:0)

  9. OMG, I did that last Monday in my abs class in the gym together with a couple of planks and my midsection is still sore!

  11. I have used so many several systems and before I commit to anything else I merely want to understand if this will give me the results that I want. I have truly managed to firm up my midsection now I want the definition.
