		<description>Too true.  As one of those folkes that show up to a college reunion as a fatter me, I know what it is like to skip an essential activity for an entire year - exercise. 

But I always think with the end in mind and work backwards.  Planning is easy to do when you know approximately what you want in the end.  Going for the good and not the perfect will also keep you from getting stuck on a minor setback in your goal.
