Definitely a carnitas wet burrito! Start with an oversized flour tortilla, throw in some mexican rice, carnitas, frijoles negros, sour cream, guac, salsa then roll it up and top it with Jaliscos delicious enchilada sauce.

Atomic Fourth of July New Year With US Soccer
Atomic Coax skis are awesome and so are Puma Powercat cleats. I have to blow something up for Fourth of July so I will put some M-100s in my old Pumas and make room for some new cleats. Things have developed with Atomic so that this awesome ski blog/ soccer player blog and fitness blog, will be rockin the most awesome ski equipment line ever.-Atomic!
